Shipping Options
Bambi Baby currently only cater to US customers within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is free of cost on all orders above $100 without having to use a Bambi Baby coupon code. For heavy items such as furniture or strollers, UPS freight option is available, which is charged separately for two categories.
- Threshold Delivery: The item is delivered right at the threshold of your house. This includes placing the item in the garage, if you have one. This delivery comes with a flat charge of $249 and doesn’t include assembling of the furniture. In case you live upstairs, you may have to choose the other option
- Room delivery: You can have your order delivered in any room of your choice, provided they are located up to 2 flights of stairs from the ground. If the room is on a floor above this limit, you may be charged extra above the normal $349 fee.
- White Glove: This option involves not only the delivery to the room of your choice, but also assembling of the same, by unpacking it and disposing the package.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with the purchase of an item from this website, you can request for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. All the items must in their pure state, unworn and unused, intact with all the tags, papers and the cards. If it is found be in distorted condition, there will be restocking fees applied on it. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and Bambi Baby is not accountable for any damage that may occur during return shipment.
