Yoox.com accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. You can also pay via Visa Electron, Pre-paid credit cards and PayPal is available for customers from Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Shipping Options
The company ships worldwide and prices vary depending on the deliver Country, as there may be local taxes and duties for each order. Yoox calculates the fees for its customers and will display the exact amount of local taxes and duties in the shopping bag and throughout the checkout process. The total you pay at the end of your order includes all duties and taxes and you will not need to pay any further fees once the package is delivered. Yoox uses UPS for all shipments, with the exception of Hong Kong, which will be sent through S.F. Express. Customers will receive an e-mail with a tracking number one the package is shipped from Hong Kong, approximately 3-4 business days from the date of order.
Return Policy
Yoox allows customer to return any item purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. The simple process includes filling out the return form on the website which will then provide customers with a Return Number within 10 days from the delivery date. The returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags and packaging included. There will be a Returns Proforma Invoice that came with the parcel and this form needs to be completed 5 times. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass customs and will be returned to the sender. There will also be a Return Label included with the order for easy shipping. A flat return fee of $15 USD will be automatically deducted from the refund and no return fee is applied for Hong Kong orders.
