Shipping Options
Free shipping for NCIX’s 4th July week long sale items on orders in excess of $100 and under 50 lbs.
UPS and FedEx are employed for shipments to major parts of US. All the in-stock items are processed within 48 hours and are shipped within 24 hours. Items that are not in stock are back-ordered for later delivery. Standard shipping can take up to 7-10 business days, while expedited ones are shipped the same day and are delivered within 1-2 days. Orders have to be made from Monday to Friday, in order to start the process the same day. International shipments are subjected to custom duties, taxes and other relevant charges, which are to be paid by the customer.
Return Policy
In case you are not happy with the item you purchased, you can request for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. In this case, NCIXUS will provide return shipment through a RMA number, which is compulsory for validating the return. This number can be generated up to 25 days from the date of purchase. For all the non-disputed products (wrong purchase, not interested etc) must be returned in its original condition, with all the software, manuals in place. If you return the item within 30 days of purchase, then only you can get the refund (excluding shipping cost)
