Return Policy:

Ann Taylor gladly accepts customer’s return or exchange requests if the items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged at any Ann Taylor location unless the merchandise was listed as a final sale item or discounted, as some reduced price merchandise is a final sale as well. Customers will receive an online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender if the items are received within 45 days of the transaction date. Returns without an original receipt will be credited to the customer in the form of merchandise credit on the date of return. For online returns, a merchandise credit will be issued by email, as an E-Gift Certificate and a valid email address must be provided. Swimwear items cannot be returned to stores and will need to be sent in the mail. The hygienic lining must be attached to the merchandise for the item to be accepted. Ann Taylor accepts international returns and will refund the original merchandise cost as well as any duties and taxes originally paid on the item using the same currency and the same exchange rate as the original order.
