Rentals are usually reserved for 4 to 8 days and the customer is advised to book a date a day or so early, to ensure they get it delivered on time. Return Policy
If you want to cancel a rental, then you need to do so more than 30 days in advance. This is the only way to receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days of your proposed rental date, then you will only get a credit towards another rental. Your credit would be deducted a fee of almost $10 if you cancel within 14 days.
