Return Policy
Vanity operates a 30 day returns policy which allows you to return any unwanted items for a refund or exchange, so long as they are in their original and brand new condition, with all of the tags and packaging. Before sending anything back you need to contact customer support for authorization and you will then be given a link to print a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund or credit. This will be waived however if you are returning goods that were sent in error or arrived damaged or defective.
