Return Policy
The Body Shop will gladly accept returns for items not meeting the customer’s expectations. To return items purchased in-store, customers can simply go to any of The Body Shop locations and physically return the item(s) with the receipt or original invoice or send the product by mail with prepaid shipping taken care of by the customer.
Purchases made using a credit or debit card will be credited back to that account or card. For returning items bought online, customers may visit the website for details on where to ship returned items. The company does not accept returns on Gift Cards, Gift Checks or Product Samples. The Body Shop’s website provides a Status Check option for customer’s to track their order details and see that items have been returned/refunded etc.
Obviously if you use a The Body Shop coupon you will only be refunded the actual amount charged.
