Shipping Options
Steve Madden use a simple flat fee shipping process, allowing you to have orders delivered in the 48 contiguous states for $7.95, regardless of the amount of items purchased. You can also pay extra for 2 Day ($15) and Next Day ($30), also flat fees.
If you want to order items to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam, this will cost $24.95, while military addressed are charged $14.95. This can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
The website does not currently ship to international addresses.
Return Policy
Steve Madden operates a simple 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any item no questions asked, within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons, and clearance items). Unless you yourself received your order in a defective or damaged condition, all returns must be unworn and seemingly brand new, with all original tags.
Returns are initiated online from your order history page. Form here you will be able to print out a prepaid returns label worth $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
