Prescriptives.com currently only serves US customers, including Alaska, Hawaii, Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping is completely free and takes up to 7 days to deliver. You do not need to use a Prescriptives promo code to qualify.
You can also pay extra for faster options:
2nd day service (starts at $10): All the orders placed before 3PM ET will be processed for shipment, the same day, and are delivered within 2 working days from the date of processing. This service is not accessible for military addresses and P.O. boxes.
Next day service (starts at $15): The item is delivered within a day from the date of purchase, if the order was placed by 3PM ET. Anything after that time will be scheduled to be delivered a day later. This option is also not available for APO/FPOs and P.O. boxes.
Return Policy
The package comes with an invoice that has a return form embedded in it. In case you are not happy with the product you received, you can either choose to return it or exchange with another item. You need to prepare a return package by fixing the return label that came along with the invoice, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. The items are processed for a refund or exchange within 7-11 days from the date of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are only refundable if you received a damaged or defective item.
