Shipping Options
The company tries to ship all LivingSocial Products by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or within 30 days of the date of the Shipping Confirmation, if no delivery date is specified, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If the shipping information in the Confirmation is incorrect, customers may change the shipping address if a request is made within twenty-four hours from the time of the order by contacting the Consumer Advocates directly.
Return Policy
Even though Living Social is often just a middle-man, they still have a comprehensive refund policy for everything you purchase through them.
For "regular local deals" all you have to do is go to your account page and click the “Ask for a Refund” button, and so long as you haven't redeemed the voucher you will be refunded within 7 days.
Purchases for specific dates like events or getaways are non-refundable.
