Return Policy

Any item intended for a return must be claimed within 14 days from the date of receiving the delivery. Such items should in its original condition, unopened, unwashed, sealed and unworn, else returns won’t be accepted.  Shipping cost would only be covered by iHeartRaves, in case; the mistake was made from the company’s end.  You’ll be issued the full refund amount through a store credit or through the same method of payment used for purchasing.  You’ll have to pay a 15% restocking fee on all such items.  If you refuse to accept the item on delivery, you’ll be charged 30% restocking fee.
