Return Policy

Heartland America does not have a set time frame for returns, other than footwear which must be returned within 30 days. Everything else should be deemed "within a reasonable amount of time," so if you don't want an item it's best to return it right away. 

Returns are only accepted if the items are unused and in their original condition, with all the correct packaging and tags. You will need to fill out the form provided with your order and enclose it in your return package. This should be sent via UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to Heartland America, Returns Dept. 8085 Century Blvd. Chaska, MN 55318-3056.

You will have to cover your own return shipping costs and an added $2.95 restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. If you opt for an exchange or store credit this fee will not apply.

If you received a damaged or defective item it may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, in which case you should contact them directly for a replacement.
