About Global Golf
In the beginning Byman's focus was on pre-owned golf clubs that had been used at trade shows or were left unsold by other retailers. Using superior marketing and pricing techniques he was able to sell this equipment on, and became recognized as the leading liquidator in the industry. As the business grew he branched out in to a more traditional retailer and today the company stocks a huge selection or new and used golf equipment and accessories. At any given time there are over 50,000 pre-owned clubs available, from their 60,000 square feet facility.
Today Global Golf employees over 100 people, with Ed Byman still serving as CEO.

The GlobalGolf.com online store is very easy to navigate, with the option to use the search bar, check sale items, or browse via categories. This include Use & New Golf Clubs, Golf Balls, Shoes, Bags, Gloves, Clothing, and Accessories such as carts, GPS, nets, sunglasses, umbrellas, coolers, ball retrievers, and much more.

You can pay for your purchases using credit cards by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Those who have Paypal accounts can also use them for payment. As the name suggests GlobalGolf.com do not just ship within the United States, but to customers globally. Currently all pricing is displayed in US dollars but the correct shipping amount will be calculated based on either your IP address location or what country you choose during checkout.
Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order, with rates that vary depending on the delivery destination. Options within the continental US states include Economy (around 5 business days), Ground (4 business days), and 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day Expedited options (excluding Saturdays).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, must use 2 Day, and Canadians must also choose an expedited option.

Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, the company won't give you any hassle. Simply call their customer service department to make arrangements. You can also use the online return center to create returns or track those you've already filed. All returns must be made within 30 days of the day you receive the order.
Most returns are required to be in their original unused condition, for a full refund or exchange, while some used items can still be accepted at the cost of a 15% restocking fee.
