Shipping Options
The shipments are done through a variety of shipping methods; both standard and expedited options are available. UPS and FedEx are normally used for shipping and the flat rate is charged as per the item. Same day shipping is available for all orders made by 2PM PST from Monday to Friday. Floral and balloon bouquets are directly shipped to the recipient’s address and the fruit baskets are hand delivered the same day, if ordered before 12PM PST. Gifts are also delivered to hospitals and funeral homes, provided the concerned is not in a serious condition. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not applicable.
Return Policy
You can easily request for a refund in the form of store credit for the purchasing price (excluding the shipping and handling charges). You need to contact the customer service within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The return package should be in its original resalable condition. All the personalized items that were customized to suit your requirements shall not be eligible for a return, as these have been specifically crafted for you, and cannot be put up for sale to other customers.
