Shipping Options
FedEx ground shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.99, and free for qualifying orders in excess of $100. Expedited shipping options are not available at the moment. FedEx ground service is not applicable for P.O. boxes or international destinations. For military addresses, FPO/APOs, USPS priority mail is employed. Same day shipping is obtainable if the orders are made before 2PM EST. The order is processed within 1-2 days from the date of purchase and the delivery is done on working days, with federal holidays being the exception
Return Policy
You have 30 days to request return of a non-clearance item purchased from FashionProject.com. The clearance items are considered as final sale, and not accepted for return under any condition. Fix the prepaid label that came along with the package. Once the item is received, an email confirmation will be given to you, and you refund will be given to the same method of payment. The credit can take up to 10 business days, to reflect on your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All the apparels should come in its original form with all the slips and tags attached, along with the original invoice.
