Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request for a refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the same.  The item should be in its original condition, with all the slips and tags attached.  Once the item is received in the warehouse, it can take up to 30 days for processing, and the refund shall be credited through the same method of payment you employed for the purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. DVDs, CDs, healthcare products, saddles, custom items, outlet items, horse clothing, blankets and intimate apparels are considered as final sale.  All international orders require to go through customs from the buyer’s end.
