Shipping Options
You can either pick up the meal from the local stores every Tuesday and Friday, or get packaged delivery directly to your home, once a week. Shipments are done through FedEx courier for a flat charge of $18.95 on a weekly basis, whereas, you can pick up your meals for as less as $5 a week. The delivery time is basically 1-2 business days to all locations within the continental United States, except for the orders made on Thursdays and Fridays, which will be delivered on Monday.
Return Policy
Diet-to-Go assures its customers with a quality that is worth paying for, and there are absolutely no manipulations either in the price or the diet product you shop. You’ll only have to pay for what you purchase, and also, you have the flexibility to put your order on stay at any time. Since perishable products are on offer here, returns are not accepted on such items. However, if the meal was spoiled or tainted as a result of shipping or handling, you’ll be credited the refund amount. If you were not happy with a particular meal, Diet-to-Go will make sure to rectify it, or pay back the credit. If for any reason, you would like to discontinue the service, your most recent order will be cancelled, and you’ll be refunded the full amount including the shipping cost.
