DermStore operate a 30 day returns policy, which allows you to return all unused items within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label, the cost of which will not be taken out of your refund if you choose to use store credit.
Up to 60 days returns only qualify for store credit and you can still use the prepaid return label for free. After 60 days you are advised to contact customer support first.
If you receive a damaged or defective product you may be eligible for a free replacement without even having to return the item, however be prepared to explain the problem and possibly email photos.
