CVS launched CVSPhoto.com in 2009 as part of a company wide expansion of their online services. Grant Pill, Vice President of Merchandising, said they wanted to allow the public to store, share or transform their photos into creative keepsakes, without having to leave their home.
The following year they launched their Express Photo App for Facebook, allowing customers to make orders directly from Facebook. They now also have a generalized app that allows you to take photos with your phone and upload them right away.
CVS Photo Sells
The CVSPhoto.com site is very easy to use. All you have to do browse their photo options such as mug printing or greetings cards, and when you see a format you like simply click create and you will be prompted to upload your photos. This can be directly from your computer or social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, and various cloud storage drives).
Depending on the product you may also be able to choose the size, color and other options. There is a basic editing suit and when you are finished you can add your personalized product to your basket for checkout, like a typical eCommerce site. You do not even have to register, though doing so will allow you to maintain an album of photos for easier orders in the future.

Return Policy
CVS does not accept returns unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as the prints being damaged or the end result being low quality due to error on CVS's part. CVS is not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from improper cropping or low resolution images.
If you have any concerns you are advised to go to your local CVS store to speak to a member of staff.
Obviously if you are given a refund it will not include the amount deducted using a CVS Photo coupon.
