Returns are initiated online and you will be given the options to print a prepaid UPS return label. The cost of this will be taken out of your refund unless you received your order in error or in a damaged condition. 

Failure to meet these requirements may cause your refund to be rejected or subject to a restocking fee. Personalized items are excluded from returns unless there are quality issues.
