Shipping Options
In terms of shipping, there are three options available to make use of. Standard ground shipping is available on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. 2nd day delivery is valid for all orders made from Monday to Friday. Next day shipping is available on select items. Ground shipping is free, while the expedited options are available at different prices for different quantity of items. Standard delivery options are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, but not to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. International shipments are subjected to custom, import duty and taxes. You can cancel the order before it leaves the warehouse without having to pay a tax.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you can request for a refund of a regular priced item within 14 days from the date of purchase. All the sale merchandises are considered as final sale and there shall be no returns, price adjustments or exchanges. Items should be in unworn and undamaged condition and it should include all the tags, slips and accessories. The company is not responsible for paying back any charges that incur during shipping of the return package. You shall have to bear an additional restocking fee if the item is returned after 14 days of purchase. If by any chance, the order you received doesn’t match the item you bought, the company will take care of the return shipping and handling costs.
